Sudhindra Venkatarao has been the force in driving Teramisu by leading the overall sales and marketing initiatives within the company. Sudhi’s vision for Teramisu has been based on building the organisation with empowered people and providing a differentiated value proposition to his clients. Driven by his passion towards excellence and entrepreneurship, Sudhi has proven track record of success in sales and marketing within information technology industry. Having worked in different countries and substantial sales experience in globally based firms, Prior to founding Teramisu, Sudhi has worked at several multinational organisations such as Tech Mahindra, Aelia UK, Nous Infosystems and Sonata Software.Sudhi holds a Bachelors in computer science and Masters of Business Administration from University of Luton, United Kingdom.

PRAGNA KUMAR
Head of Operations

Pragna heads the HR and operations at Teramisu. She has been instrumental in managing the resources leading from the front and empowering the company with a diverse skill set. Pragna has an impeccable record in identifying right talent which has been a major asset to Teramisu. Pragna holds a bachelors in Arts and Masters in Psychology affiliated to Bangalore University.
